As the building was subject to strict preservation guidelines by Mombasa's Municipal authorities the development of the plan took in consideration those strict guidelines in order to make sure that it keeps in touch with the neighboring buildings and fully to blends within the existing social and cultural fabric of Mombasa's old town quarter.
The hotel offers a magnificent view of Fort Jesus, a Portuguese fort built during the 1590's, the authenticity and atmosphere of the Old Town of Mombasa, and the play of light and fresh air.

Residential Projects
Paradise @ Mtwapa
Paradise @ Mtwapa is a residential project that sets new standard for luxury living in Kenya. It is located in Mtwapa, about 25 minutes from Mombasa city center.
The project currently consists of one building with 28 apartments over 5 floors. Within the next couple of years, SIMBA Realty Development is planning on building 30 more such buildings on the land. This, will allow almost 900 more families to improve their quality of living and create a new community that will improve the social fabric in the city.
